TAU's main purpose is to make outstanding legal education available internationally, at a reasonable price. TAU's main focus is to deliver legal education based on the model developed in the United States, while teaching both international and American jurisprudence. Established in Europe, TAU is well-positioned to accomplish these goals. TAU uses the Socratic method, employed at law schools in the United States, to help its students develop analytical and critical thinking skills in their advancement as legal professionals. TAU's course materials are predominantly based on the application of stare decisis, teaching students from reasoned judicial opinions. TAU also embodies robust Legal English and Advanced Business English programs, designed to work synergistically with the substantive legal curricula.
