Prof. Matthew Chapin, Esq. (Juris Doctor)

Matt is a professor of law and a practicing attorney in the States of California and Michigan.  He owns his own law firm.  He has extensive litigation experience in the areas of Business Law, Tort Liability, and Administrative Law.  Matt is known for "going the extra mile" for his clients, focusing on practical solutions to legal disputes.

Prof. Daniel Gordon, Esq. (Juris Doctor)

​​​

Daniel is a professor of law and a practicing attorney in the State of Texas.  He is General Counsel for one of the largest mortgage originators in the United States.  Daniel has expansive experience in Business Law, Contract Law, and Mortgage Regulatory Law.

Prof. Elijah Grinevich, Esq. (Juris Doctor)
 

Elijah is a professor of law and a practicing attorney in the State of California.  He is also a business manager.  He established his own law firm, Grinevich Law Group, in 2019.  Elijah has a keen business acumen.  He serves on the boards of well-established businesses, startups, and non-profit organizations.  His legal practice covers Business Law, Non-Profit Law, Employment Law, Contracts, and Wills and Trusts. Before Elijah became an attorney, he spent a decade in the tech industry, where he worked with large tech companies on commercial transactions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and more.  He has also worked with various management systems and regulatory bodies, and has worked on complex commercial transactions, with legal and practical nuances.

Prof. Ulises Pizano-Diaz, Esq. (Juris Doctor)

​​​​​

Ulises is a professor of law and a practicing attorney in the State of California.  His primary areas of practice are Tax Law and Business Planning and Litigation.  He has extensive experience in virtually all aspect of Tax Law.  He occupies several positions with the California State Bar and the Sacramento County Bar Association.  Ulises is the Education Chair for the Taxation Committee of the State Bar of California.  He is also the Business Section Speaker Chair and Taxation Section Treasurer at the Sacramento County Bar Association.

Prof. Matthew Richard, Esq. (Juris Doctor)

​​​​​

Matt is a professor of law and a practicing attorney in the State of California.  Matt is a skilled litigator with experience in difficult litigation cases involving Business Law, Contracts, Tort Law, and Civil Rights Law.  Matt's law and motion work includes pre-judgment remedies (including injunctive relief), demurrers, discovery disputes, summary judgments, and post-judgment remedies.  Matt is known for being methodical and forthright in his litigation work.
